- Flux management system extends the maintenance interval in the furnace; convenient and fast maintainability design concept greatly reduces maintenance time.
- The reflow soldering heaters all adopt drawer-type high-efficiency heatingwires; the power cord is 500℃ heat-resistant mica high-temperature wire,led out of the furnace liner; imported quick terminal blocks are used forwiring. The heating wires have a long service life, facilitating wiring andmaintenance.
- Built-in Booster Air Hub and Efficient Air Circulation Structure
- Each zone inside the furnace liner is equipped with a new booster air drum to provide sufficient counterflow during product productionand improve the thermal efficiency of the equipment; the air outlet rectifier plate is made of aluminized zinc plate by stamping, and the airoutlet holes are stretched and guided flanged holes, which can provide stable and good air outlet to ensure relatively stable temperature during mass production.
