• The Crossed Roller Guide is a limited-travel linear guide featuring two 90-degree V-groove rails with alternating, orthogonal cylindrical rollers.
• Due to its unique arrangement, it can withstand moment loads in any direction, making it particularly suitable for linear guidance applications requiring high rigidity and flexible motion.
• The cross-roller slide consists of precision-ground upper and lower tables, precision cross-roller guides, and roller cages.
• All components are made of exceptionally high-rigidity materials, resulting in low inertia and excellent smoothness.
• Simply bolting the unit to the mounting surface provides high precision, space-saving, and high rigidity.
• It is ideal for various optical testers, LED semiconductor equipment, imaging equipment, small electronic component assemblies, office equipment, and peripheral devices.
• Easy Installation: After assembling the upper and lower tables and cross-roller guides and completing qualified commissioning, customers simply bolt them in place to achieve high-precision linear motion.
