Principle of welding
 

Ultrasonic welding, which converts the mains AC (190-240V, 50/60Hz) into a high-frequency and high-voltage signal through an ultrasonic generator, and converts the signal into a high-frequency mechanical vibration through the energy conversion system, acting on plastic products, so that The high-speed friction between two plastic products causes the temperature to rise. When the temperature reaches the melting point of the product itself, the interface of the product will be melted rapidly.
