Principle of welding

• The heat melt machine mainly controls the temperature of the heating plate workpiece mold by a temperature controller to weld the product.
• After the workpiece mold reaches the set welding temperature, the cylinder descends to align the workpiece mold with the welded point of the product, and the welded point begins to melt.
• Under the pressure of the cylinder, the welded spot on the product surface reaches a certain melting level, the cylinder rises and solidifies and forms at room temperature, thus forming a solid molecular chain to achieve the purpose of welding.
