Principle of welding
 

• The heat melt machine mainly uses a temperature controller to control the temperature of the workpiece mold on the heating plate to weld the product.
• After the workpiece mold reaches the set welding temperature, the cylinder descends to align the workpiece mold with the welding point of the product, and the welding point begins to melt.
• Under the pressure of the cylinder, the welding point on the surface of the product reaches a certain degree of melting, the cylinder rises, and solidifies at room temperature to form a solid molecular chain to achieve the purpose of welding.
