Principle of Ultrasonic Welding
 

• Ultrasonic welding, which converts the mains AC (190-240V, 50/60Hz) into a high-frequency and high-voltage signal through an ultrasonic generator, and converts the signal into a high-frequency mechanical vibration through the energy conversion system, acting on plastic products, so that The high-speed friction between two plastic products causes the temperature to rise.
• When the temperature reaches the melting point of the product itself, the interface of the product will be melted rapidly.
• At the same time, the product will be cooled and shaped under a certain pressure, so as to achieve perfect welding.
