The PPU fast transplanting module is a precision cam pick and place manipulator.
The core structure has independent intellectual property rights, driven by the rotating unit with radius compensation U-shaped arm, according to the special cam groove trajectory movement of mechanical devices, for the limited space of automatic transmission, transplanting and pick up.

• Adopting a mechanical cam structure with automatic compensation performance, the stroke can be independently adjusted.
• THK imported guide rail, with a repeated positioning accuracy of 0.02mm and stronger load-bearing capacity.
• Compact structure, with a motion cycle of 0.4S, greatly improving production efficiency.
• Multiple domestic or imported AC(DC) servo motors or stepper motors can be selected for driving.
• Can build multi station production lines, save labor input, and reduce maintenance and repair costs in the later stage.
