Features :
- The heater uses far-infrared heating tubes, providing efficient thermal radiation and rapid heating and drying of the treated materials.
- The outer shell is constructed from high-quality cold-rolled steel plates and finished with electrostatic powder coating, giving the unit a modern appearance, excellent durability, and long-lasting performance.
- The working chamber is made of high-quality stainless steel or galvanized sheet, offering excellent resistance to high temperatures and corrosion. It also provides high reflectivity and helps prevent black smoke or discoloration during operation.
- A double-layer tempered glass observation window is integrated into the door, allowing users to easily monitor the condition of materials inside the chamber without opening the door.
- The unit is equipped with a powerful forced-air circulation system and an optimized air duct design, ensuring more uniform temperature distribution throughout the chamber.
- The removable pull-out shelves can be easily repositioned to accommodate different types and sizes of materials.
- The microcomputer-based intelligent controller features automatic PID parameter tuning and a contactless switching circuit, providing precise and stable temperature control. Additional functions include constant-temperature timing and temperature-limit alarm protection.
