Purchasing & Sourcing Executive

Position Level Junior Executive Requirements STPM, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field Minimum a year of experience in purchasing, sourcing, or procurement roles Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or ERP systems Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Chinese language (speaking & writing) is an added advantage (to liaise with Chinese-speaking suppliers and review documents) Responsibilities Manage end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers to ensure cost competitiveness and quality standards Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with local and overseas vendors Issue purchase orders and follow up on delivery schedules to ensure timely supply Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, account) Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies Qualification Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U
